Federal Operations and Services Limited is a newly formed wholly owned subsidiary company of The Federal Bank Ltd, registered under Companies Act, 2013 on 26th October 2018. The company has obtained the necessary regulatory approval for commencing its operations.
The company has started their operations from two locations - one in kakkanad, Kerala and other in vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Siddhartha Sengupta is a seasoned banker with rich experience and has worked in various leadership positions in India and abroad. He has over 36 years of banking experience with State Bank of India. He was the Chairman of the Board of 5 overseas subsidiaries of SBI. The last position he held in SBI was Deputy Managing Director – International Banking. He represents SSI, Risk Management and Banking sectors on the Board of Federal Bank.
Venkatraman Venkateswaran, A Chartered Accountant qualified with graduate degrees in Law and Economics. He has got more than three decades of professional expertise in Banking and Compliance, with international exposure. He is also equipped with an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management. He has got vast experience working with HSBC and SCB in Global Finance Operations, Financial Compliance, Operations, Technology and support functions in various capacities. Venkatraman also has handled senior positions responsible for financial management, reporting and financial control in large corporates like Indian Rayon & Industries (Aditya Birla Group), the Singapore based Kewalram Chanrai Group and as CFO with Invensys India Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Johnson K Jose is the President and Whole Time Director of the company from its incorporation since 26.10.2018. He is graduate in computer engineering and completed his MBA. He has been working with Federal Bank since 1995 and he was the instrumental in implementing the distributed Core Banking Solution for the Bank and integrating the ATM network with Master Card, Visa Card, Rupay Card payment gateways.
Born in 1969, Mr. Johnson K Jose, possess vast experience in information technology and security and he has helped the Federal Bank in successfully implementing the cyber security for its operations. During his tenure as IT head in the Federal Bank, Bank has obtained recognition and awards for most digitized and secured banking operations.
Mr. Johnson K Jose, currently supporting the Federal Bank in the migration of its operations to the wholly owned subsidiary company. He has been great support for the Bank for re-engineering its operational processes in line with global best practices prevailing the Banking industry. He has been instrumental in devising and establishing IT policies and systems in the Federal Bank.
"Mr Prashant Preman is associated with FedServ since Aug. 2019. He has been appointed as Whole Time Director (as Key Managerial Personnel) of FedServ w.e.f. 16th April 2021.
Mr Prashant is certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt & an ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001) leading business functions of FedServ across multiple locations and ensuring 100+ processes are running effectively and efficiently.
Mr Prashant is spearheading strategies and driving operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction, retention, and company goals. With proven skills in creating effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes, Mr Prashant is well known for fostering a growth oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Mr. Prashant also possesses vast expertise on leading & managing large scale Operations, Quality Management, People Management, Business Transformation & Automation
Mr Prashant is passionate, hands-on and result oriented business professional with over two decades of diversified experience in building client focused operations across retail, commercial, digital, phone banking and BPO services. Pivotal in streamlining processes through measures such as Standardization, Change Management, Automation and Customer Feedback Management, Mr Prashant has been a key for migration of vital projects such as CASA opening, Call Centre Operations, Retail Loan operations, Credit Administration Operations, and various other activities.
Mr. Prashant has been key to FedServ in setting up and rolling out successful Long term & short-term Strategic programs and successfully reengineering of various operations including consumer asset products including ATM's, Debit Cards, collections, CASA & KYC operations, Trade Finance Operations, and various other activities. "

FedServ has obtained the regulatory approval and launched its logo on 17th Nov. 2018. "Launch of Logo" event was conducted on 17th Nov. 2018 at hotel Crown Plaza, Kochi.
